GTM 1-DAY WORKSHOP & QUARTERLY SUPPORT

Workshop includes: 1 day planning with your GTM Executive, 1 day planning and preparation, 1 day on-site with your GTM team and quarterly 1/2-day reviews for Year 1. 

5 days plus 1 day for travel, 6 days total.

CONFERENCE SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT & WORKSHOP

Speaking Engagements include 1 day planning with your GTM executive, 2 days planning and preparation, 2 days conference attendance, a 30-minute speaking engagement and a 60-minute conference GTM workshop. 

5 days plus 1 day for travel, 6 days total.

GTM POWER BI-WEEKLY WORKSHOPS

Power up your GTM Strategy with six 2-hour workshops in 1 quarter designed to re-energize your team and produce actionable result that will increase results this year.

GTM Power Workshop Engagements include 1 day planning with your GTM executive, 2 days planning and preparation, 6 1/2 days for delivery (2 workshops on-site, 4 virtual). 

6 days plus 2 days for travel to the first and last workshop on-site, 

8 days total

CUSTOM GTM ENGAGEMENT

If you have a specific Go-To-Market challenge that you would like to discuss, we can tailor an engagement to your specific needs.  We would start by investing 2 days on-site at your office, followed by 2 days working together virtually with a report out plan to help you deliver on your objectives.
